Release Notes
See the latest changes to Derivita.
January 2025
- All members of a PLC can now view the data from PLC assessments.
November 2024
- In Canvas, teachers can now use SpeedGrader to view a student's submitted exam, even if the grades haven't been published yet.
- When a student starts entering a new answer to a question, remove feedback that no longer applies.
October 2024
- When an assessment has custom standards, these are now reflected in the right sidebar when the assessment is being chosen in Assignment Assembly.
- When the student enters a multiplication symbol, ensure that the input preview shows it, instead of displaying it as implicit multiplication.
September 2024
- When looking at an assignment's Overview page, teachers can shift-click to expand or collapse all the questions.
July 2024
- In Canvas, when an assignment is copied to another course, it will inherit the original's Derivita assignment settings. For example, a quiz with a password and "Show Work" turned on will keep those settings. This doesn't, though, copy due dates or course-level settings.
- Google Classroom teachers will notice a new sign-in experience on homework.derivita.com
- Added the division sign ÷ to the toolbar on relevant elementary-level questions.
