Is this a pacing gap or a teaching gap?

For coordinators and coaches: the Blueprint Summary puts each domain's exam weight next to how much you've covered — the one view that tells you whether a low number means "haven't taught it yet" or "taught it, didn't stick."

1. Open the Algebra 1 EOC blueprint (from Blueprint Analysis in the sidebar).
2. Read the Blueprint Summary section.

• Each domain shows its Blueprint Weight — how much the end-of-course exam leans on it: Reasoning with Equations 30%, Creating Equations 25%, Structure in Expressions 25%, Interpreting Functions 20% — with Standards Assessed and Students Assessed (680) beside it.
• The Coverage section flags what's not yet covered — here 25 of 29 standards assessed, with four still untouched: IF.B.6 (12% weight), REI.B.4 (9%), BF.A.1 (7%), and SSE.B.4 (4%) — all currently Low priority. It also shows the spread by school (69%–83%, 1 school below 70%).

• Read weight and coverage together:

- High weight, low coverage → a pacing gap: keep teaching, you haven't reached it yet.

- High weight, covered but low mastery → a teaching gap: reteach what you've already taught.

Put your effort where the exam weight is high and your coverage or mastery is low — that's the biggest lever on readiness. A high-weight domain you haven't covered is a scheduling fix; one you've covered but students missed is a reteach.
