Derivita Analytics – Frequently Asked Questions
🔐 Access & Login
Q1. How do I log in to the new Derivita Analytics? Go to derivita.com/access-analytics. Choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft, depending on the email account your school uses. Once you log in, you’ll be taken directly to your dashboards.
Q2. What if my login doesn’t work? If you see a message like “unauthorized” or “no dashboards available,” please:
- Confirm you’re using your school-issued email, not a personal one.
- Try both the Google and Microsoft options if you’re unsure which applies.
- If the issue persists, contact support@derivita.com or your district admin — they can verify your access.
Q3. Can teachers log in here? No. This version of Derivita Analytics is for school-level and district-level users only. Teachers continue to access analytics through the regular Derivita in their LMS.
📊 Dashboards & Data
Q4. Will my dashboards look different? The dashboards themselves are the same views you’re familiar with — we’ve simply moved them into a modernized, faster platform..
Q5. Is the data the same as before? Yes. Your dashboards use the same live data source as before. We’ve just improved how you access it.
Q6. How often is data refreshed? Data continues to refresh on the same daily schedule as before.
Q7. I don’t see all the dashboards I used to. What should I do? Access is role-based. Please reach out to your district data lead or support@derivita.com so we can confirm your permissions.
🔄 Transition & Bookmarks
Q8. How long will the old dashboards stay available? They’ll remain available for a short transition period. We’ll update you before the old version is fully retired, but we recommend switching to the new site now.
Q9. Should I update my bookmarks or saved links? Yes. Update any saved links or bookmarks to: 👉 https://derivita.com/access-analytics
Q10. Can I still use my existing bi.derivita.com links? For now, yes — but they’ll eventually redirect to the new platform. Please plan to use the new login page going forward.
